SCOPE OF WORK: The current site is simple in structure but over-engineered for current needs. I want to migrate to Shopify to simplify management, reduce ongoing dev dependency, and use Shopify’s native payments, shipping, and email tools. Shopify Setup - Create Shopify store - Configure basic store settings - Select a clean, minimal theme Content & Products - Rebuild existing pages (Home, About, Product pages) - Migrate products and content from current site - Preserve URLs / SEO where possible Design Translation - Match existing look and feel - Implement custom hero / banner sections - Apply brand styling (fonts, colours, spacing) - Simple splash / intro overlay (logo fade-out on load) * Design reference / asset kit will be provided (logos, colour palettes, fonts, hierarchies, layout references) Integrations - Payments (Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal) - Shipping (domestic + international) - Order confirmation + thank-you emails - Newsletter signup and mailing list management - Reduce or eliminate reliance on current tools (MailerSend, MailerLite, Migadu — currently fragmented and not centralised) Launch - Connect existing domain - Basic QA before going live

I’m working on a PWA backed by Firebase. I’m looking for a developer to help with: * Speeding up an existing item upload flow * Fixing and tightening parts of the current implementation * Building an ultra-fast capture experience (photo → location → next) Tech context * Frontend: PWA * Backend: Firebase * Existing codebase is live but needs refinement Required skillset: * Strong frontend UX optimisation * Asynchronous processing * Experience with or ability to implement: * OCR (price extraction) * Basic image recognition / classification * Comfortable working with an existing codebase and doing fix-ups Key requirement The upload flow must be extremely fast: * Minimal taps * No blocking UI * No typing * Designed for repeated use The Probabilistic classification system must be 75-85% accurate.
