I'm looking for an experienced Python software developer to build a Windows desktop application called Golden Touch AI. This is not a simple scraper. It is a professional property analysis application that will continue to grow over time for myself to use only. I have already completed the business logic, formulas, workflow and specifications. I will provide a detailed specification document before work begins. Initial Scope The application must: Scan public property listings (no paid APIs ) Search apartments/units in nominated suburbs (starting with St Kilda, VIC). Filter by maximum purchase price. Store all listings in a local database. Detect new listings and price changes. Prevent duplicate properties. Display listings in a professional interface. Export reports to Excel. Be modular so future features can easily be added. Future Features The software must be designed so the following can be added later without rebuilding the project: Automatic floor plan measurement Comparable sales engine Land valuation engine Government parcel lookup GTVM (Golden Touch Valuation Model) Automatic ranking system Google Sheets integration Daily automatic scanning Windows installer (.exe) Technical Requirements Python Clean, modular architecture Well-commented code Git repository Source code must be transferred to me Windows compatible What I Need From You Please send: Examples of similar software you have built. Publish my finished web app to Google Play + one simple landing page. I have a small, finished web app already built and live online (a simple wellbeing tool - no logins, no user data collected). What I need done: - Package my existing web app for Android and publish it to the Google Play Store - Set up the store listing (I'll give you all the words, the icon and the screenshots - you just place them) - Handle Google's closed-testing step for new accounts, including sorting testers if that's needed - Build me a simple one-page website (a headline, a short blurb, a screenshot and a button to the app) that I can put online - Inside the app and on the landing page, add a clear button/link to my personal page - The app to be published on my Google Play account. - I'll provide the live web app link, all the listing text, the privacy policy and the images. This is setup and publishing only - no building from scratch and no big changes to how the app works (just adding the Ko-fi link). Should be a few hours for the right person.
