We are currently considering two possible courses of action and are looking for guidance and support with either or both: Option 1: Written Mediation Drafting and sending a formal mediation communication to the other party, requesting payment and proposing a settlement (potentially involving the return of two vending machines currently in our storage). Ideally, this letter would carry legal weight and help facilitate a structured resolution. Option 2: Review of Statement of Claim If mediation is not fruitful, we are prepared to proceed with filing a Statement of Claim in the NSW Small Claims Court (UCPR 3A/3B). We have already prepared: - The draft pleadings - Supporting documentation (invoices, correspondence, messages, etc.) We need a legal professional to review the documents to ensure they are complete, properly structured, and court-ready.
