I need help photographing and listing items for sale on eBay and FB Marketplace. There is about 50 items to get through. Some will require just FB Marketplace, others will require both eBay and FB Marketplace. I will provide a phone that you will use to photograph and list, I will have another phone and we will work together to complete the listings. I will have a space set up for photographing the items, I will also have prices ready to go. This will be done inside my apartment in Paddington, and it will need to be completed on the day, so we will need to be fast as well as accurate. I need someone who understands eBay listings, and can take decent photos of the items. You will also have to be able to write accurately in English. There will also be a desktop computer for you to use to research item information for listings if need be. I will provide some snacks, etc. if you would like them. I also have a bathroom onsite. The items we need to list vary quite broadly. I estimate it should take a few hours. I want to start at 10:00am and finish at about 2pm.

I’m looking for a qualified and experienced investment professional who can help me build a strong, well-diversified investment portfolio focused on stocks and ETFs. My goal is to develop a disciplined, long-term investment strategy that prioritises sustainable growth, diversification, and sensible risk management. I’m not interested in short-term gains, day trading, or trying to time the market. Instead, I want to focus on building wealth steadily over the long term. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can: Help design a diversified portfolio aligned with my long-term financial goals and risk tolerance. Provide professional guidance on stock and ETF selection and portfolio allocation. Develop a clear, structured, and evidence-based investment strategy. Help me maintain discipline and avoid emotional investment decisions. Review and rebalance the portfolio when necessary. I’m looking for someone who takes a professional, transparent, and research-driven approach, with a strong focus on long-term wealth creation rather than quick profits. Requirements: Relevant qualifications and proven experience in investment management or financial advice. Appropriate Australian Financial Services (AFS) authorisation to provide personal financial advice, where required. Willingness to provide ASIC registration details and relevant professional credentials for verification. A clear explanation of your investment philosophy, services, and fee structure. I’m keen to work with someone who understands the importance of patience, consistency, diversification, and disciplined investing. If you have the relevant expertise and can help me develop a solid long-term investment strategy, please get in touch with details of your experience and how you can assist. Thank you!

Hello, I am planning to establish a healthcare staffing solutions business in Melbourne, Victoria, specialising in supplying nurses, aged-care workers and cleaners to residential aged-care facilities and community home-care providers. I am looking for a business consultant who can help me develop a comprehensive business plan, conduct market research, prepare financial projections and guide me through establishing the business. Importantly, I am seeking practical, hands-on assistance with business development, including identifying prospective clients, contacting decision-makers, arranging meetings and helping secure my first client contracts. I would prefer to work with someone who has experience in healthcare staffing, aged-care recruitment or labour-hire businesses, particularly within the Australian market. Could you please let me know: * Whether you offer business planning and business setup support. * Whether you can actively assist with client outreach and acquiring contracts. * Your relevant experience and examples of previous results. * Your pricing, deliverables and engagement structure. I am looking for a practical approach that will help me establish the business and secure my first clients, rather than simply producing a written business plan. I'm willing to pay $80 hourly. This is also negotiable. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards
