Completley empty with no furniture. What I need: - Site visit to measure everything up (laser measure, probably 2 to 3 hours onsite) - Full CAD set of the existing building, scaled and dimensioned Drawings I'm after (PDF + DWG): - Site plan with boundaries, footprint, RoW, shed - Ground floor plan, fully dimensioned - First floor plan, fully dimensioned - Roof plan (Approx from done video) - 4 elevations (front, rear, both sides) - 2 sections (one long, one cross) (potentially more on request) Dimensions need to cover all walls, window and door openings, ceiling heights, stair, fireplaces, ridge and gutter heights on elevations.
