Hi, I need a plumber or experienced handyman to replace a leaking shower tray in a ground-floor bathroom. The job involves: Removing and reusing the existing glass shower door/enclosure. Removing and disposing of the old rectangular plastic shower tray.Installing the new tray and connecting the waste/drain. Gluing and sealing a PVC waterproof strip over the bottom row of tiles where the old tray was removed (no tiling required). I will supply the new tray, waste kit, PVC strip, and silicone. This is a ground-floor job with easy access. Please offer your total price for labour. Looking to get this done as soon as possible. Thank you!

Noticed the ikea pipe doesn't fit the irish pipes (weird but that's what plumber had said) need the wood of the shelve cut to fit and get the correct pipe installed (image, this is the one in the kit but apparently doesn't attach correctly the trap so u would have to bring that too)

Here's the work that needs to be done: - flushing toilet 1 only working after a few tries; - flushing toilet 2 works fine, but low flow of water, so toilet papers usually dont go down very easily (maybe limescape blocking the flow of water?) - replace kitchen sink tap (hot water handle is probably needs a replacement, wasnt working properly (not closing)) - i'm also considering replacing the entire sink + tap for a new one, same model, just to be newer
