Task: We would like someone to thoroughly clean our new rental property before we move in. Site description: The house is single level, 4 bedrooms, and two bathrooms (see attached floor plan for more details). The house is currently empty. All floors are tiled or has floorboards (no carpet). Requirements: Only the interior of the house needs to be cleaned. It has already had a bond clean, but we detected curry/cooking smells when we inspected it so we would like an extra clean and to get rid of the source of that smell (the rangehood, kitchen and dining room walls would need a good clean). We don’t want to mask the smell with fragrance.
