Hey there - we're looking for a reliable long term cleaner to come once a week. 3 bed, 1 study, 1 bath house in Rockdale. Plenty of street parking available. Need to have an ABN for invoicing. We will pay your Super on top of the weekly rate. Below is a list of jobs needed, it's standard stuff, but putting it here so it's clear what we need. Our current cleaner is unfortunately moving back home and charges $120 per week +super. She's here for just under 3 hours each week. Ideally we'd do a trial clean this week (Friday 8AM would be perfect) then agree on a suitable day & time weekly. Thanks! My current cleaners is moving overseas so I am looking to find a new Weekly Cleaner: House Cleaning (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom): All over dusting including blinds, kitchen cleaning, hovering, mopping floors Emptying of all rubbish, recycling. Will share a complete task list to discuss. Changing the bed linen. (2 doubles & 1 cot) Occasionally fridge / cupboard clean. Time estimated based on previous cleaner 2.5-3 hours. Looking for a start date week commencing 19th dec. AM preferred. Flexible on the week day to be scheduled weekly.
