In need of a thorough, reliable cleaner in North Perth. Up to 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, main lounge, kitchen, dining area, laundry (with shower and toilet) and extras like porch. Require attention to detail, follow instructions and be experienced in general house cleaning. Needs to be able to use initiative and just see a job and do it. Don't want to be writing a list every week. We ask for you to be insured and honest with any damage. We have found this to be an issue previously. We are looking for up to a 4 hour clean on Fridays only, during school hours. Additionally, the possibility of a Monday and Wednesday extra for an hour per day as required for general housekeeping ie folding washed clothes, breakfast dishes cleaned up, put washing on etc all the small jobs and a tidy if required. Again initiative to see a job and just do it. We have all cleaning products and equipment required but have no problem if you BYO for your own comfort and familiarity. As you can probably tell, we are over the mediocre unreliable services through other avenues. All we want is a reliable, experienced cleaner/housekeeper who understands the needs of a very busy family of 4 with young children.

I’m looking for someone to do 2.5/3 hours of cleaning in our North Perth apartment which is 2 bed 2 bathroom (with a view to continue with fortnightly cleans in the future). We are looking for someone to do 3 hours of cleaning for us each week. Our house is two bedrooms. One bedroom is an office. One of the bathrooms is a seperate toilet with a sink (no benchtop).
