Looking for a good regular house cleaner to clean my house in Everton Hills every 2 weeks or so. It's a 2-storey house with 4 rooms. Half-carpeted, half-tiled. I just need kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room cleaned + whole house vaccuum & mop. I prefer it to happen late morning / early afternoon, but have flexibility on the day. Hopefully just needed for 2-3 hours. Preferably looking for someone who can do it regularly every 2 weeks or so. Hello! Please read my ad - NOT A BOND CLEAN, literally a light clean - will not pay more than $30 an hour due to the fact this home is a fairly easy one to clean. I am seeking a cleaner for a 3 or 4 hour clean of my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Everton Hills. Tasks required - clean the kitchen and living room, vacumn and mopping, dusting and emptying the clean dishes from the dishwasher - you will never be required to wash our dishes (prefer you supply but happy to negotiate if I need to supply anything) - clean out the fridge, pantry and benches of old food etc and declutter lounge room coffee table and tv unit cubes - clean bathrooms, showers and baths not required - just the benches, toilets and sinks then a vacumn and mop - only required to clean 2/3 bedrooms - our baby’s room which is never messy - easily a 10 minute once over of putting anything on the floor into her washing basket and dusting the room. - main bedroom has ensuite, do not worry about our bed or the sheets etc please just remake it neatly (we aren’t fussy) and put any clothing on the floor into designated basket and leave there for us to take care of Then clean the surfaces, sink and toilet in ensuite then vacumn and mop before vacumning the bedroom and disposing of any rubbish On bedside tables and wipe them down - remaining time will be spent sorting through the lounge room toy cupboard, rearranging it and I will assist with this and open to your feedback and suggestions.
