Hello, We are looking for someone to do a deep rent inspection clean for a medium sized house in Maylands. I currently have a back injury, so I’m looking for someone who will be super thorough as I can’t help with the majority. The house is actually pretty clean and tidy already, so nothing will be a super hard job. Areas: large open plan kitchen/dining/butlers pantry and lounge room. All floors are tiled. There is one rug in the lounge room. 1 x Entry room and hall way (all tiled) 1 x theatre room. Carpeted with some marks on carpet. 1x hallway all tiles and no furniture 1 x small bathroom part of an ensuite, and that bedroom which is carpeted. Tasks: full clean of these rooms please and wipe down and dust all surfaces and furniture surfaces. Oven and stove top in the kitchen need cleaning. Mopping, vacuuming etc. Plus attention to small details like dusting widow ledges, skirting and cleaning light switches etc. If someone is able to help with some general tidy/organising of the pantry etc that would be amazing. We are also looking for a cleaner who can come and do small regular cleans with us :) Noteworthy: We have three cats that are friendly and indoor only.
