Elderly parents have purchased a new tv. I am unable to help them set it up. Hardware is set up. All they need is their apps setup(i.e Netflix, britbox, etc). Too hard for me to do over ehe phone and i don't want them to get ripped off... please help.

I need someone help me to install tv table

Need to install 2 TV’s. One wall mounted (85 inch) and other is a simple stand fix (65 inch) There is a bracket already installed for the 85 inch TV, so need to remove the old TV and put the new one. The bracket is from Bunnings and I don’t want to remove the existing one as it’s sufficient enough. The TV is over a fireplace so will need small stepper as attached.
