This is not a standard plasterboard wall. It is a large fireplace feature wall with a Venetian plaster / special plaster finish, so extra care is required to avoid damaging the surface. I will provide: * A photo of the wall before the plastering was completed, showing the exact location of the timber studs behind the wall. * Photos of the current finished wall. * The exact model of the Sanus bracket. Important requirements: * You must have a stud finder / timber detector to accurately locate the studs before drilling. * The bracket must be securely fixed into the timber studs, not just into plasterboard. * Experience installing large TVs (90–100 inch range) is preferred. * Please bring suitable tools and fixings for a heavy 98-inch TV installation. The job includes: 1. Install the Sanus wall mount bracket. 2. Mount and level the 98-inch TV securely on the bracket. 3. Ensure everything is safe and professionally finished. We need a professional to replace the existing wall mount for our TV. We have the new one ready to go. The wall is concrete and has previously had metal anchors holding the bolts into the wall. The new bracket won’t fit with those current bolts. I’ll provide photos
