Setting up tv reconnecting Telstra box and Foxtel

I want to purhase a telstra tv box so I can watch kayo on my tv. I am a senior and ot tech savvy to install this - Due date: Flexible

We need someone to work out why out of all our devices, our 2 printers and 3 Telstra TV boxes no longer pick up our home wifi network. Everything was working fine, up until a few days ago where the internet dropped out mid movie. When it finally connected again our printers and telstra TV boxes wont reconnect no matter what we try. We have tried every thing possible, resetting etc. We are with Telstra and they are no help. As we are working from home we need someone to look at it as soon as possible remotely or in person.

All other devices working fine from wireless modum but can’t get wireless connection on tv no previous issues have tried resetting tv box and modem no help

I want Internet cable from Telstra box to the modem in the tv room. there is an old foxtel cable which run from the roof up to the phone socket, probably it can help pulling internet cable. one phone socket needs 4core mechanism connected.
