What I need: Mount my Sony 65” TV (KD-65X80J, approx 18kg) onto a freestanding floor TV stand. The stand, mounting bracket and screws are all already here — no wall drilling, no parts to buy. It’s a straightforward lift-and-bolt job: line the TV up to the bracket (300x300 VESA) and secure with 4 screws. Our Sony TV (model no. KD-55X85J) is broken. The sound still works, the backlight still works but the picture doesn’t work. I’m assuming it’s an issue with the TCON but I’m not an expert. If you know your way around a TV and think you know how to get the picture working, get in touch! It’s also worth noting that I have tried power cycling, a hard reset and I also don’t have any external connections connected

Hi My Tv was working 2 days ago, I left home for the weekend and came back now the Tv is not turning on. There is no power light, no sound. The bottom light blinks white but the tv doesn't turn on. It used to go to Sony and restart again and again or switch off suddenly but now it's not turning on at all. I have tried turning off the power supply as well. I have reset it to factory settings but still same issue. When it turns on it works for sometime then switches off
