I have a Samsung tv. Lately when I turn on the remote the tv cuts in and out, freezes , etc. Need someone savvy with tv to come out to assist and rectify so I can get my tv to work fine again To be done today at 630 pm in Malvern east

The television is 5 to 6 years old Samsung 55" its has been very good until this occurred.

My Samsung TV works, but the remote isn’t pairing with the TV, so we can’t control it. Looking for someone familiar with Samsung smart TVs who can come by and help pair the remote with the TV and get it working properly. Should be a very quick job, so ideally someone local to Richmond or a nearby suburb.

It’s important that you have prior experience installing the Samsung Frame TV on a wall. I have the original mounting hardware from the manufacturer.

My 2017 55 inch Samsung tv has a black screen showing the cables needs to be connected on the one connect box. I just purchased a new one connect box & cables on eBay but the screen is blank. Please see attached photos of my tv model number. Thanks Minh

I have a Samsung Smart Tv that has become uncontrollable, it has started to go through the menu surfing the apps itself without any prompting by the remote. It’s near impossible to direct it manually but if you can land on the app and program you intend to watch, it then skips and fast forwards through the program to the end. It appears to have a bias overriding to the right hand side. It’s like someone is beside me holding down a remote while you try to fight against it. It’s incredibly frustrating. We charged the remote overnight thinking it was that but it appears now it’s the tv. It may need software updated, a reboot, the cache emptied. Need someone knowledgeable. As it is now, it’s unwatchable. To update: My dog ate the TV remote this morning. I will put up some new pics for show or as amusement as now the inside is visible.

My grandparents have a 40” Samsung tv that requires mounting. Will require a stronger wall mount than the previous tv used in the location as this tv is heavier. Previous mount to be removed from wall, new wall mount to be purchased and then installed. Price reflects all of this.

The TV suddenly went blank while we were watching it. Now the screen alternates between flashing blue and turning blank.
