I am needing assistance to reposition (slightly lower and centre) a TV mount over a fireplace. A supporting woodern brace to hold the TV mount is likely required given the position of the wall studs.

My TV signal is really weak at the moment and previously was really good, but I had someone come and take down a webcam off my roof and I think they might have either damaged the cable or maybe turned the antenna to face the wrong direction so I’m looking for someone to come and troubleshoot and hopefully fix the problem.
