Hi, I have a Hisense LED Smart TV. Netflix displays clearly, but the picture quality on other sources/apps (such as YouTube and HDMI/laptop) looks very different and unclear. I have already tried adjusting the picture settings, but the issue is still there. I’m looking for someone experienced with Hisense TVs to diagnose and fix the problem. Please bring any tools/equipment needed to test the TV. Task includes: * Diagnose the display/picture issue * Check TV settings, software and inputs * Check HDMI/input connections * Identify whether it is a hardware or software issue * Fix it if possible
