42 INCH TV NEEDS REPAIR SCREEN HAS A CRACK IN IT WHITE DOTS IN SOME SPOTS

I can’t tune my TV that is attached to a wall at a rental property we have moved into. When I try auto tune a “not programmed” message appears and says to check antenna connection. I can’t access the back of the Tv to check connection as the TV doesn’t pull out from wall mounting. The TV was already in the house. It is an LG 50PT250-TA. Apparently this model has been discontinued. It isn’t a smart TV. It is 50 inch. No channels are detected during auto tune attempt.
