We would prefer the existing wall fixing locations to be reused where safely possible, as this is a rental apartment. I need someone to provide a tv mount and install tv on the wall. Cables should be concealed with ducting or within the wall if possible. Tv is about 60-80inch by the looks of it. There will also need to be power for an Apple TV.

We need a handyman to assist the following this week: - Collect new 65-70 inch TV + wall mount from store close to the apartment (most likely JB Hifi Pacific Fair or Bundall) - Take TV to apartment. Guests will be home. - Remove 65" TV from wall mount. - Install new TV on existing wall mount. - Install a much smaller TV (40inch?) + new wall mount in bedroom. - Dispose of broken 65" TV. It might be repairable - if it is, it's yours to keep.

Just need a wall mount fitted for a 65" TV. As it's a rental, I would rather have it done properly. Once it's on, I'll put the tv on myself.

Ideally a narrow channel cut, cables/conduit concealed, then patched neatly. If plastering/patching isn’t your thing, no problem — I have other plastering jobs to do anyway and can get it finished separately. Please let me know your experience with TV/dryer mounting and whether cable concealment/patching is something you can also do.
