Volume has disappeared from my mum's Akai tv. I think the Foxtel box just needs to be reset (disconnected/reconnected) but my doesn't quite have the confidence to do this, and I've found myself without a car unexpectedly so I can't be too much help:(

Our Foxtel stopped working 2 weeks ago so we were sent new box but we couldn’t get it going so hired an Airtasker guy yesterday but he was not really qualified for the task so had no success so we need someone Foxtel and internet qualified to apply for this job.
