Hi there We have moved in to our new place which has a DSC Classic PC1565 alarm system. It is plugged into a separate battery (as shown on pic). Our problem is that it does not seem to work. The lights on the control pad don’t turn on. We don’t have the master code or any other code either. Could the external battery be dead? Not sure but the battery green light turns on so probably not. We need some help to get it back in working order if possible. Otherwise we will have to buy another one, which we would prefer avoiding.
