Hedge trimming and shaping
Regular hedge trimming is the easiest way to keep your hedge thriving. Your garden hedging professional may use power tools for general trimming and shaping, as well as hand-held tools like secateurs for pruning. Some specialised hedge varieties can be trimmed into intricate shapes such as topiaries to line pathways or act as a feature in your garden. Your hedger will ensure there are no bare patches or exposed stems and that your hedge is cut slightly wider at the base so the bottom leaves can get sun exposure.
Hedge removal
If your hedge is diseased, unhealthy, or you’re just looking for a change to your garden landscaping, you can have your hedge removed.
