My air conditioner has stopped turning on and I need someone experienced to diagnose the issue. The unit was previously controlled through Sensibo and a remote. After trying a new remote, the air conditioner is no longer responding or turning on. Looking for someone who has experience with split system air conditioners (Fujitsu preferred) to inspect the unit and identify the problem. If it’s something simple, happy for it to be fixed on the spot.

Need to install the window air conditioner. The bedroom is in the second level of the house. The unit is brand new in the box as well.
