I have a Dimplex DC15RCBW 4.4kW portable reverse cycle air conditioner and the reversing value could be stuck on heat. I was hoping for a quote to have it fixed if possible? Hot air is pumping into the house while cool air is going out the exhaust when it’s on the snowflake at 18 degrees.
