We have recently moved into the property and we don’t know when the ducted air conditioning system was last professionally cleaned. For this reason, I would like a full and thorough deep clean, rather than a basic vent or filter clean. My Fujitsu ducted air conditioner has a tiny gas leak that is difficult to find. The previous aircon technician spent 2 hours searching for a gas leak but couldn't find it. I don't want to search for the tiny gas leak anymore, as it is an expensive exercise $$. I would like an aircon technician to refill the gas (R410A) in my Fujitsu ducted air conditioner so it can last for at least another 12 months. The gas in my Fujitsu ducted air conditioner was last refilled 3 years ago. Probably need 1kg or 2kg of gas refill. I'm not in a position to spend $13k to replace the current Fujitsu ducted air conditioner right now.

3 Mitsubishi Split Systems need cleaning and filters checked etc

I have a TECO split-system air conditioner, model TSO24HFEC. When I turn it on with the remote, the circuit breaker trips after about 5–10 seconds. Neither the indoor nor outdoor fan starts and the outdoor unit is quiet before it trips. We have already replaced the 20µF run capacitor and it made no difference. Looking for someone to diagnose the electrical fault and give me a quote before carrying out any major repairs.

Looking for someone that can fix a gas leak in our air conditioning

We need two split systems serviced to get our rental bond back as we can’t find the previous receipt. Need this done asap and preferably Wednesday or Thursday this week (anytime including early or evening is fine). The soonest available / cheapest offer wins - we just need the most “basic” service with a receipt so the landlord is happy.
