The outdoor unit is located on a first-floor metal roof, so safe roof access is required. Job includes: - Remove and replace the deteriorated pipe insulation - Use good-quality outdoor/UV-resistant HVAC insulation (ArmaFlex/Armacell or equivalent) - Properly seal and weather/UV-protect the new insulation Supply all materials and labour Please include all costs in your quote and let me know what insulation/product you plan to use. Samsung air conditioning unit keeps turning off, error code E467

We need two split systems serviced to get our rental bond back as we can’t find the previous receipt. Need this done asap and preferably Wednesday or Thursday this week (anytime including early or evening is fine). The soonest available / cheapest offer wins - we just need the most “basic” service with a receipt so the landlord is happy. I need the outdoor unit of my existing Panasonic split-system air conditioner professionally disconnected and moved out of the side access so machinery can get through for concrete removal/work. The unit will be reconnected to the original spot once the work is finished.

Model : Mitsubishi DXK18ZSA-W Issue: Even after turning the air conditioner completely OFF, the internal drain pump continues to run for more than 30 minutes (sometimes never stops). The fan is stopped but we can clearly hear the drain pump operating.
