I’ve had an old wall-mounted air conditioner removed from a VJ/timber wall and the opening has already been filled with timber boards (see photo). I’m looking for someone experienced with VJ/timber wall repairs and finishing to complete the job so the repaired area blends in neatly with the existing wall. Job includes: * Finish/fill the joins, nail holes and gaps around the repaired section * Repair/prepare the damaged paint edges surrounding the patch * Sand and prepare the area * Prime where required * Paint the repaired area to match the existing white wall * Aim for a neat finish where the old air-conditioner opening is no longer obvious The existing wall is single-skin VJ timber, not plasterboard. Please supply your own tools and materials. I can provide the existing wall paint/colour if required. Please only offer if you have experience repairing/finishing timber or VJ walls.

Looking for someone that can fix a gas leak in our air conditioning

We need two split systems serviced to get our rental bond back as we can’t find the previous receipt. Need this done asap and preferably Wednesday or Thursday this week (anytime including early or evening is fine). The soonest available / cheapest offer wins - we just need the most “basic” service with a receipt so the landlord is happy.
