Need someone to have a look at the air conditioning unit at my studio ASAP. It has stopped working for a while, from what we can see it’s most likely caused by the outdoor unit aging and deteriorating (located on the rooftop). We been servicing the unit annually for the past 3 years so not likely due to any dirt build up. Need a licensed electrician who can provide a diagnose report to the landlord so we can get it fixed.
