I have a new Kogan 2.5 split system. It would be a sandwich install. on first story. Can pick power up from the power point on the inside wall. I reasonably believe this task is 3 hours of labour and an hours travel for an experienced person. I have all the materials including brackets. So that is the budget as stated. $500 is the max I will pay. If that dose suit thank you have a nice life.

Photos attached is of this unit, also, this AC unit is high off the ground and there is a pool below it so may be difficult to access with a ladder. Getting access from the patio right below the outdoor unit could work if you have right equipment. The 2nd split system is easily accessible.
