Note::: The leaking mainly happens on very hot days (around 38°C and above). I am an engineer and have had a look at the unit. I don’t believe the issue is caused by a blockage. It appears the drain pipe carrying the water out may not have the correct angle/slope, which could be causing water to back up. However, I am not an air-conditioning specialist and would like a professional inspection to confirm and fix the issue. The unit is currently working but water is dripping, so I’d like it checked as soon as possible to prevent further damage.
