Hi, I’m looking for a licensed air conditioning technician to inspect and fix my AC unit. The unit is installed on the top floor( Roof) of an apartment. It was working perfectly before, but during heavy rain, water entered the outdoor unit (the area isn’t fully covered). Around that time, there was also a power cut. An electrician later came and reconnected the AC line, but I’m not sure if it was properly reconnected. Since it was winter, we didn’t use the AC then. Now that it’s summer, I tried to turn it on and it’s not working at all. I need someone to check whether it’s an electrical connection issue or a problem with the unit itself and get it running again. Please only licensed and experienced technicians.
