It was working perfectly before, but during heavy rain, water entered the outdoor unit (the area isn’t fully covered). Around that time, there was also a power cut. An electrician later came and reconnected the AC line, but I’m not sure if it was properly reconnected. Since it was winter, we didn’t use the AC then.
