Tiny Italian 90s wall mounted air conditioner not working. Not sure how long for. Looks like it may not have worked in some time. Really want to get it going again. It's a Moretti, imported from Italy sometime in the 90s. Compact, don't see these here, often. Only about 70cm wide. Half the size of a regular air conditioner.

The air conditioner (American Air) stops working almost immediately after being turned on. When switched on, the indoor unit initially displays 23'C, and the outdoor unit starts running. However, withing 3 seconds, the unit shuts off automatically. During the shutdown, all lights on the panel are flushing, after the shutdown, the display panel shows 5'C which I don't think is a temperature. The unit restart running few seconds after shutting down and it will automatically shut down again in another 3 seconds. It kept shut down- restart model in few seconds' time. Can someone please come to my home to inspect it and provide a solution (for example, how much to fix it or replace it) to me?
