I live in a strata property, and the installation requires approval as a minor renovation before the work can commence. The proposed installation is straightforward: -Indoor unit mounted on an internal side of an external brick wall -Penetration through the brick wall for piping/cabling -Outdoor condenser placed at ground level directly outside, near an existing air-conditioning condenser -Refrigerant piping, condensate drain and associated cabling to be neatly enclosed in suitable external-grade conduit/ducting between the indoor and outdoor units.
