Issue:-Air con in bedroom, not cooling. Blowing hot air, then just turns off and blinks.Air Con in the lounge room is leaking water through the vents, on both sides, lots of water.

There is an existing old box style air conditioner in place. I have a new one ready to go into the same place. The new one might be 5mm larger than the old one on one side, so the difference may need to be shaved off the wood that it is to sit on. New one weighs 52kg. Old one needs to be taken away too. It will require disconnection and reconnection as it is a working air con unit. From the photos you can see it's just inside the garage and needs to go on the other side where the outside photo is showing.
