Internal structural cement pole fixing, and rendering. Needs just bit of fixing. Just one pole.

Approx 4 m sq of tiles for laundry area including window sill. Due to hw leak current taps and connecting water pipes being rerouted and tub are being replaced. I have the tiles only. Plumber is removing tub and existing tiles scraped off. There will be rough patching of pipe channels done by plumber and two holes after removal of h and c tap for existing washing machine taps which is in same wall as tub. The voids will rendered for subsequent painting by applicant . All new tap points will be under tub. The tub will have the tiling behind if. There will some channels made by plumber on exterior wall to accommodate rerouting of new pipes. These channels to be rendered for painting. The channels will be approx 4 m in length, It is anticipated ( but not certain) plumbing will be completed by 25th.Nov. As the plumbing work progresses images will be available.

Existing cement rendered wall inside 30 style house is too rough and requires smoothing with acrylic render to the picture rail.
