As part of an aircon replacement, the installer had to cut a long, narrow hole in the wall for new pipes. We need this hole patched and painted.

I had a very minor leak from the roof after one tile slipped down. The leak went behind a wall plaster so it’s not through the ceiling. The property just finished renovation a month ago and freshly painted. I have extra paint to be used. The leak caused a bubble however after it got dried, the bubble became very small to be noticeable. I’m after a plasterer whether to fix the plaster or scrap the bubble, put filling and then painting.

Hello, I need to repair a section of the garage roof plaster that was damaged due to a water leak from above. Please see the attached images for more details. The area needing repair is 1m x 1m.
