Please see photos. Require a few plaster repairs + side skirting being put back on wall. Washing machine line also needs to be replaced / repaired. This is for an end of lease so needs to be handover ready. Unsure if any paint is available to cover patches.

Hole is approx 8cm x 12.5cm. Just need a piece of gyprock put in and finished off ready to paint. I can do final sanding.

towel rail has been pulled out of a plasterboard wall, leaving a damaged/partially blown-out area and needing the towel rack re mounted. I need the plasterboard damage properly repaired and the existing towel rail secured but not simply screwed back into the same holes because it was never actually installed properly there was no timber or anything it was screwed into and very poor quality plastic anchor things. I am very picky and I need this done correctly. Please only make an offer if you can confidently get this job done with a flawless finish 💁🏼‍♀️ Ideally looking for someone experienced with plasterboard repairs and wall-mounted bathroom fixtures. If you have a brilliant idea on how to fix this without just chucking the screws back in the wall I’m open to hearing them. Happy to purchase and supply anything needed.

Need plastering and painting on a few wall repairs before our end of lease inspection. I started the job myself, as the photos show, and now have a real appreciation for plasterers and painters. I will not be quitting my day job! This is a rental and the repairs need to be invisible for us to get our bond back. The work (photos attached): 1. Garage wall: hole now cut back to roughly 15cm square, with one backing strip partly fitted. Needs patching and finishing. 2. One internal wall: two small dents, each with a rough first coat of filler that will need sanding back and finishing properly. 3. One bedroom: several small picture hook holes. Painting approach: please tell me in your quote how you would paint it and why. If you think the whole wall needs painting to hide the repair, say so and include full wall painting in your price. If you are confident you can feather it in without painting the whole wall, say that instead. Either is fine, as long as the result is invisible. Paint: I will supply the top coat, matched to the existing wall colour. Please supply everything else, including any sealer or undercoat for the patches, and tell me how much top coat you need. Please quote a fixed price including all materials other than the top coat, and let me know how many visits you need and your availability. Work needs to be finished by end of next week. If you need more photos or any further information, just ask. PS: - There are only 3 walls in total. We have removed old wardrobe ahead of new wardrobes being installed. Need to repair wall damage where the wall won’t be covered by new cupboards. The exposed bit will be the back wall, 30cm of the adjoining wall as well as a small section as you walk into the room, circa 20cm each side. Total width needing fixing will be slightly bigger than the exposed area - approx 40cm+40cm+25cm+25cm+260cm =390 cm We won’t repair the sections that will be covered by the new wardrobe. We also need the skirting boards removed.

Hole in garage needs to be patched and painted it is about 400x 400mm

Kids pushed a bedroom door too hard, and the plastic stopper bent and the door knob went through the wall. Plasterboard wall with timber framing. I need someone to come and plaster and repair this hole. I will organise painting of the wall another day - so just plaster repairs please.

Hole in hallway wall that went through to bedroom. Need fixed next week sometime. Need it to blend in and not be noticeable so experience is required. First photo is hallway (the big hole), the second photo is of the bedroom (the crack). I can buy whatever is needed to fix it.

I need a hole in the plasterboard patched where a switch was removed and install two hooks to ceramic tile in shower and one towel rail to ceramic tile in bathroom. I have got stainless steel hooks to withstand the water. I also am supplying the towel shelf.

I have a knocking water pipe somewhere behind a gyprock wall in my living room. The noise occurs when a toilet is flushed, a tap is used, or the washing machine is running. I would like someone to: * Investigate the source of the noise * Cut a small access hole if required * Secure the pipe if possible * Patch the wall afterwards I understand the exact cause may not be known until the wall is inspected.
