My brother in law botched a plaster repair job in the master bedroom. The hole was caused by us having to move an air con unit. I just need the "botch" cut out and then the wall plastered properly.

Issue: External rendered wall damaged by vehicle impact, showing a puncture and cracks near the garage frame. Scope of Works: Inspect and assess extent of damage. Remove loose render and repair substrate if needed. Reapply render and texture to match existing finish. Repaint repaired area to blend with surrounding wall.

Removed a section of wall recently and want the plastering and skirting etc tidied up ready to paint.

The existing screw holes are torn and will not hold screws again without repair. There is a hole about 10cm x 7cm that needs repairing, and if possible, repainting.

We have just had the old wardrobes removed and will be having new ones installed on the 26th. This work needs to be complete before then. The affected wardrobes are in 3 rooms. I have some left over paint which you can use from the original build (House is only 2 years old).
