The current ceiling house fans are about 5yrs old x 6. I need to replace them due to tenant stating they are not working properly, I don’t believe they are all broken but will replace anyway. I have purchased all fans that need to be installed. I need someone to install the new ones, take away the old ones. Can keep if you want. Invoice required.

Note: the shower has a glass wall that separates it from the bedroom, that is suspected of leaking, so that may require repairs to silicone sealant also (pictured). Suitable paint will be supplied. Walls mostly in good condition but some minor repairs needed in 2nd bedroom, 2) Repairs / touch up paint to lounge ceiling (where some lighting was removed). 3) Other small jobs - depending on rates / expertise.
