I need a small wall repair completed where the wall has been scratched. The damaged area is approximately 4 cm long and less than 1 cm deep. Please fill/screed the damaged section, sand it smooth and ensure the surface is flush with the surrounding wall. Apply matching paint so the repair blends in with the existing wall. The finished area should be neat and not visibly noticeable. Please bring the necessary filler/screed, sanding materials and matching paint.

I need some internal doors installed. They should be standard sized doors, but I would like someone to come out and measure the door frames first to confirm the correct size. If they are standard sized doors, I can supply the doors myself. I would then just need them installed.

FYI, We will supply the vermin nets, screws, bolts, rivet, ladder (1.8-3.5m), and step ladder (1.2m). The photo shows 2 corners, but there are another 2 corners on the other side of the roof as well, so 4 corners in total to install netting on. Details: We had a possum inspection done recently, and the pest inspector found that the main entry points are the large gaps around the soffits/eaves at the gable ends of the roof. The photos in the report show the areas they are referring to. We would like to see if these gaps can be closed off securely using galvanised mesh or a similar suitable material, fixed properly to the timber rafters/framing or metalwork where possible, so possums cannot push their way back in. We are not too concerned about how it looks from inside the roof space, as long as it is secure, weather-resistant and does not cause any issue with the roof.

You will need to supply the new door (standard plain flush door from Bunnings) and bring it with you. Please re-use the existing handle/knob and hinges.
