Honda bf30 outboard repair. Leg has had water enter it through cracked holder and or bad seals. I have a spare leg that is externally marked but I believe internally OK. Need someone to get original leg working using parts from spare. Should have all the required seals and parts required. Repairer can take leg and parts to their home/ workshop complete at their own pace. Can discuss further how long it will take and negotiate price further if needed.

After a recent storm the gate stopped opening - locked & unlocked it but still won’t respond to the beepers. Need someone to fix if possible.

We’ve had some damage at our rental apartment. A door handle needs to be reinstalled and a toilet roll holder needs to be reattached to the wall. Pictures are attached

2 x shelves to be put up. All I need is 10 holes to be drilled into cement wall. Each shelf needs 5 screws, hence 10 x drilling holes required. I tried to do it myself but I didn't have enough strength to drill very far into the cement. I have hammer drill and all bits required.

Remove few old wooden showroom panels from a wall without damaging the walls

There’s a hole in the screen door from the previous owners dog door but my new one needs to be attached with screws, drilled in through the wire screen door. The dog door fits into the current hole, so no cutting is needed but drilling screws into the wire door was an issue for my drill and we couldnt do it. The job will need the right tools or drill bit. - Due date: Flexible

I need the metal turntable attached to this round shelf unit to use as a spice rack. However, the turntable needs to rise above the feet on the bottom of the unit - there are 3 feet about 2.3cm thick and the centre foot where the upper shelves screw into. So it needs a round 2.5cm piece in between the bottom of the base and the metal turntable to lift the feet off the table surface. It will need to be a circular piece with a hole in the middle to accomodate the centre foot. - Due date: Before Sunday, 4 February 2024

Both these holes have been caused by using a strong adhesive which i wasn't aware would rip the paint. One is about 10 X 6 cm and the either about 6 X 4 cm. The larger one appears to be over wallpaper and the smaller one appears to be paint over wall. Would you help repair these? - Due date: Flexible
