Alter kitchen cupboards above fridge cavity

We have two kitchen cupboards above our fridge cavity which limit the height of the fridge cavity to 171 cm (the cupboards on the right in the attached photo). We would like the bottom shelves of those cupboards to be removed and the doors resized so that the fridge cavity is at least 176 cm high. Flexible on dates, although weekend (either 1/2 May or 8/9 May) or after hours would be preferred.

Christo did an amazing job adjusting our kitchen cabinets on short notice to accommodate a larger fridge. The finished product looked great and he also came up with an on-the-spot solution to deal with plaster being missing behind the cupboards that were removed.
