Need a few holes patched and painted, bits of screen door missing, toilet seat replaced and abit of painting to match the existing colour, also a little bit of rubbish to be taken ie a wardrobe door with mirror x2.

Small jobs such as tighten a bolt under a sink replace a fly screen net fix wooden step and put fire alarms back on ceiling and replace batteries

Tasks to be performed include a general service and swapping the brake rotors with another vehicle. Tools provided.

Building inspection has indicated that silicone will require maintainace. Also it indicates rust stains observed on roof , damaged rubber climseal washers to roof fixings, rust scale to heads on roof fixing. What is your recommendation and what is cost involved? Thanks.
