Hi, I need someone to help with the chip on the wall due to blue tac removal.( 2 spots as seen in the pictures)

My sliding glass balcony doors are really stiff. I’ve tried spraying silicon spray in it but they just aren’t sliding properly. I’ve bought some new rollers as I think now this is the issue… but I cannot take the doors of myself. Looking for someone to take both of them off and put some new rollers in the bottom of them so they slide and are aligned next to each other correctly. Please see handle photo so show how they aren’t centred. Thank you!
