I need the bottom rubber weather seal replaced on my B&D sectional double garage door. The garage door is approximately 4.9 metres wide. The existing rubber bottom seal is old, damaged and has come out/deformed at both ends. The aluminium bottom seal retainer is already installed. The ends of the retainer appear to be slightly bent/flared on both sides (photos attached), which may be part of the existing installation. Job required: * Remove the existing damaged bottom rubber seal. * Supply and install the correct replacement rubber seal compatible with the existing B&D aluminium retainer. * Approximately 4.9 m door width. * Check that the new seal sits correctly across the full width of the door and seals properly against the garage floor. * Retain the existing aluminium bottom retainer unless there is a genuine issue with it and needs replacement. Please note that the garage door lifting cables and bottom brackets are not to be altered as part of the seal replacement. Photos of the existing seal, aluminium retainer and both ends of the garage door are attached. Please include the replacement seal/material in your offer and let me know if you have previous experience replacing B&D sectional garage door bottom seals.

While reversing car, garage door got hit by antenna and misaligned. It appears small bend in the middle so cannot be closed using remote. Although it can be manually closed with a quick pull. There is no problem with opening the door.

The Stoddart garage door controller needs to be reprogrammed, and the remotes need to be paired with the controller. The remotes appear to be working, and the garage door motor is also functioning, but we are currently unable to open the garage door using the remotes.
