Hi, I'm looking for an experienced garage door technician to inspect and repair my B&D garage door system at my property in Tarneit, VIC. The system includes a B&D PanelPro SDO-4V1 opener with Auto-Lok, safety sensors, and Wi-Fi connectivity. There are three issues that need attention: 1. Garage Door Opener When I press the open button, the door only opens about 4–5 inches before getting stuck. The motor makes a grinding or straining noise, and the orange light on the motor flashes continuously. There are no obvious obstructions. 2. Safety Sensors Sometimes, when I press the close button, the door starts closing but stops and reverses back up. The two safety sensors at the bottom may need their alignment checked or repaired. 3. Wi-Fi Connectivity The Wi-Fi connection is not working properly, and I cannot connect the garage door system through the ATA app. I'd like the Wi-Fi connectivity and app pairing checked and fixed as well. I'm looking for a qualified technician who can diagnose all three issues, inspect the opener and Auto-Lok mechanism, check the safety sensors, and carry out the necessary repairs.
