Small dent on the garage needs fixing

Garage door jerks as it rolls up or down. Its also ver slow going up or down and makes a lot of noise as it runs through the rails

Need someone to have a look at a roller door that hard to open or close. It gets jammed up at the top when closing using the remote opener. Note that the previous installation did not put a weight bar to assist but could also be the rails may have moved. Update: From the inside, it looks like the right side is getting stuck and slightly derailing.
