Find a professional garage door installer in North West Melbourne

My garage door is randomly not opening. It is a Merlin MJ3 800 motor. Please refer to photo. I have pulled the cord disengaged: engaged it and sometimes it works and other times it won’t. I have noticed that there is a link broken on the chain, could this be causing it photo attached?

Garage door no longer responds to remote controls or wall panel control. Have tried resetting remotes & limits but still no response. Model is Steel line SD-800

I am looking for someone who can properly fix, realign my garage door. It's about a year old and had been adjusted 3x by the installer and still got to this point to have one of the roller come out of the rail. It's closing properly but obviously it's very noisy. I am looking for a professional fix , someone who is specialised in garage doors, can properly test it, label it with warranty and potentially maintain it on a yearly basis. It's a single garage. I will need an invoice.

The garage door chain seems to be stuck and doesnt open with remote. It opens manually so need to check.

Hello, My garage motor on the single roller door has been playing up since I’ve moved in, I have two remote, one doesn’t work and is broken and the other one works randomly, every other week.. I can use the manual button on the motor, but it stops about 6 inches off the ground and can only go up with the power of the motor if I push the door up with it. I think it might need replacing but perhaps it has been set up wrong because it’s rolls down super quick but rolls up super slow (when it did work on its own without assistance)
