Hi, ​I'm having an issue with my Merlin Prolift 230T garage door opener. ​When I press the remote to open the door, it moves up a little bit and then stops. The controller then flashes 3 times. If I manually assist it by lifting, it goes slightly higher and stops again. Power cycling the unit didn't help. ​I manually disengaged the trolley and lifted the door to the top, but when I let go, the door falls back down on its own instead of staying balanced. ​Could you please let me know what is the cause and cost? ​Thanks!
