The garage door just stop moving up or down when pressing on the remote. Only can hear a beep sound when press on the remote but it does not move. Tried to reset and set the limit but it could not be reset. The power is still able to turn on and hear the beeping sound when press on the remote or on the main unit. Single garage door Spring has no tension. Clearly someone thought they could fix and untighened side wheels causing sprint to unwind and loose tension. Cables are all good Sping is not broken Just need tension but don't have right tools , winding bars Must be a professional in the garage area, ABN and insured. Need receipt.
