We need two large pictures hanging and one digital wall calendar, also need a corner cupboard door repairing (the hinges have snapped and need replacing, along with a hinge repair plate)

I am looking for someone to install / mount the following: a) 1x Coat Rack b) 4x Floating Shelves (2 per bathroom) c) 1x Mirror Cabinet (and remove existing wall mirror. Understand that some damage will be sustained to paint) I have all items already purchased - shelves, rack and mirror cabinet.

I need three paintings re hung on the wall correctly and a new darts board put in place at the correct measurements etc...

Need new mirror hung up, old owners took the mirror with them And also shower head changed over New bought one, has stupid way to hang, so one of the drilled points is around 1cm wrong spot. I have heaps to do on this property, ongoing until I die of old age, so lots of work here for someone who can work autonomously.
