I have 7 pictures and one mirror to hang in my apartment in Mount Hawthorn. I am home from work early today at 3pm so was hoping it could be done today after 3pm.

Looking for someone reliable and experienced to assist my mum with a few small jobs around the house: • Bidet spray: Check why it keeps leaking water and fix if possible. I’d also like a small holder/handle installed on the side so the spray has somewhere secure to rest. • Hang wall mirror: Hang a mirror in the spare room. It is fairly heavy, so it will need to be properly and securely mounted using the appropriate fixings/tools. • Check dishwasher: The dishwasher is currently not working. Looking for someone to inspect it and determine whether there is a simple issue that can be repaired or whether it is likely to need replacing. • Assemble 3 x Kmart clothing racks: These should be very straightforward and quick to assemble, however my mum is unable to put them together herself. Please bring all tools and equipment required for the above tasks. Photos of the items are attached for reference.

I have 3 handyman jobs to complete: 1. Assemble and wall-mount new bathroom cabinet (still in box) - New flat-pack shaving cabinet, approx. 1200 mm wide and 30 kg according to the box. - Existing cabinet has already been removed, and the wall is cleared/prepared (see photos). - Cabinet needs to be assembled and securely mounted to the wall. - I can install the cabinet doors afterwards, so no need to fit/adjust the doors. - Two people will be available at the property and can assist with lifting the cabinet into position if required. 2. Relocate existing bathroom cabinet to laundry - Existing approx. 900 mm cabinet has already been removed. - I would like it securely mounted on the laundry wall above the laundry sink (location shown in photos). - I have the existing screws/wall plugs from its previous installation, although please use your own suitable fixings if these aren't appropriate or you have a preference. 3. Mount decorative coat/clothes hooks. - Small metal hook rack to be mounted on bedroom wall. - I have marked the preferred position and have some screws/wall plugs available. - There is a light switch on the opposite side of this wall, so I'd like you to sense-check my markings to avoid wiring/studs before drilling and adjust the fixing position if necessary. Please bring appropriate tools, wall fixings and ideally a stud/electrical detector. Photos attached showing all three areas/items. No plumbing or electrical work required. I am free all weekend and Monday morning. The sooner the better.
