We need cornice and skirting installed in two rooms. We have all the materials. 90mm Cove Cornice and 138mm x 18mm Colonial Skirting. Rooms are 2.7m x 3.6m and 3.7m x 4.25m. We have a platform and tools if required.

Paint 5 doors, 3 door frames, some skirting boards and repair 3/4 cornices plus there are some significant cracks in the kitchen, living room, hallway and master bedroom which need patching/repairing and possible painting. I’m flexible and able work around time that suits you. Thank you. Adam C

Remove and replace cornice

Need 2x internal cornices replaced. I have included the spec of the current cornice. Materials not included in this job and the price would be on top of material costs that you would provide, or I can at least provide the adhesive. Total length up to 7.5m. Negotiable.

Remove approx 15mts of old damaged cornice and replace with new. Also some minor repairs to ceilings .

I need 2 doors painted, one internal and external, both sides and architraves Doors have been undercoated, require some small patching and sanding but otherwise have been caulked and prepared. Require bulkheads and cornice painted, have been caulked and sanded, but a final check and high quality of work appreciated. Paints provided, must have own drop cloths and leave no splatter

Remove then later install 3-4 metres of cornice after overhead cupboards are installed.

Cornice, approximately 4m long came unstuck for about half way (2m). When I wedged it back in place, I accidently damaged the bottom right corner. I also have 3 more that have cracked away which might need flushing or re gluing.
