The cement asbestos sheets on the roof had a few cracks caused by falling branches. It's been repaired one, but only reduced the leak. I'm looking for a pro who actually knows how and what, and also successfully fixed the same issues before. Please don't offer me, if you are Not experienced with this type of roof, You also must be fully insured. - Due date: Flexible

The cement sheeting under the eaves is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. Please allow for any repairs required to the visible timber supports that the eaves are sitting on, you will see from some of the photos that gaps or cracks have appeared. I am also looking for two minor repairs done on the roof line, as per the photos (this is a wood trim running along the front and back of house). Eaves on East side of the property runs approx 17m in length, eaves on the West side of the property runs approx 10m in length. I have cement sheets under my back verandah that need to be taken down and removed, Due to missing roof tiles and a wet winter the cement sheets are water damaged. They do not need to be replaced as the verandah will form part of my extension at some time in the near future. Site to be left cleaned. I have removed some cement from my eaves and that took around an hour, I have no experience whatsoever so I am imaging that it will take an hour or two at the most to remove the cement sheets, especially if the tradie has the right equipment. I need a 88x68 cm piece of cement sheet replaced above an external door in my house. The sheet is coming off already so want it to be replaced. Hi there, I’m seeking a tiler to complete approximately 16-17sqms of floor tiles (600-600mm) and 3-4sqms of wall tiles (300-100mm). I will also require for cement sheeting to be laid in floor areas before the tiling works commence. The areas to be tiled are a hallway, small entrance foyer, toilet and laundry.
