Hi there, looking to have some electrical repairs done by licensed electrician in my apartment please quote accordingly. Two bedrooms have LED dimmable lights installed during renovation approx 7 years ago (see attached photos). The lights do not come on immediately, can take up to a few minutes to come on. I would like this rectified. One halogen down light in hallway (original) I can not get to stay on when in socket. If I hold the plug on the globe a particular way it will illuminate but once in socket it won’t stay on. I would also like a ceiling fan installed in each bedroom quote for install only. I have 2 existing ceiling fans that need to be replaced. I have purchased 2 new fans that are similar to the existing ones; they have a light and remote. Ceilings are 2.5 meters high.
