I have three new ceiling fans to install. There is an existing ceiling fan in the lounge room that needs to be switched out with the new fan. Two bedrooms need a ceiling fan installed. Both these ceiling fans will replace the light fitting in the centre of the bedroom. We will not be installing ceiling lights in the bedrooms at this time (we will use lamplight) until we decide what lights we would like in the bedrooms. The unit is 1970 circa. The ceilings are Masonite covered with plasterboard. All walls are Masonite excluding one wall – that wall is the internal wall to the exterior of the building. You do not need to disturb that wall. I am also open to you running conduit should you feel it necessary. It is obvious that the ceilings are Masonite and sheeted with plasterboard because you can clearly see it inside the built-in wardrobe where the corners haven’t been finished off inside. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 22 September 2022

I purchased these ceiling fans from bunnings. It’s a 2 storey house. I need them installed downstairs. The one without a light will go in the lounge room located about 2.5m from the nearest downlight (see pic). The one with the light will hopefully replace the downlight above the dining room. Depending on cost may also consider a few extra power points within the home. For some reason AIRTASKER won’t let me upload more pics :-/
