I need a certified electrician to disconnect four ceiling fans, making cable safe (ceiling and switch) and patch the ceiling hole for two of them. Other two to replace with a provided ceiling light (attached) The two to be replaced with lights have remote controller switch. The ones to be removed have wall switches. Hi! Looking for someone that is a qualified electrician and is happy to show proof of license that can install a 120cm fan with a remote in a standard sized bedroom. There is a downlight in the bedroom already. I DON’T want the downlight removed. The Fan does not have a light included, I specifically didn’t buy a fan with a light as I have the downlight and would like the fan Installed on the ceiling next to or where it’s aligned with the downlight. Not looking to spend too much. I have a tight budget. Not looking at spending more than $180 as that’s my absolute max budget that I can afford. Please keep this in mind before putting in an offer. Single story home. Newly built home. I have attached a photo of the fan which is brand new and still in the box. I have also attached a picture of the ceiling to show the downlight.

Take out old fan, and install new remote controlled fan. Existing wiring and structure should hopefully be suitable for simple swap out. Have a bit more reno work would be good to get prices also
